Trigger-based plowing
We plow at a 2-inch trigger and again at the end of accumulation. Driveways, parking aprons, walks, and turnaround areas are cleared in a single pass when possible.
Ice management
We treat with calcium-chloride blends or coarse traction grit, depending on plant proximity and surface material. We do not use rock salt within 6 feet of beds.
Hand-clearing
Front walks, side paths, deck stairs, and emergency egress points are hand-shoveled by the same crew that plows.
Contracts & priority
We hold a small number of seasonal contracts. Existing maintenance clients have first right of renewal each August. New contracts open August 1 and typically fill within a month.
